Who are the members of Buffalo Moon?
Buffalo Moon is made up of five musicians who genuinely love what they do — and it shows every time we hit the stage:

Five personalities, one sound, and a whole lot of love for live music!
How long does it take for you to set up?
We usually arrive around two hours before we’re due to play so there’s plenty of time to get everything set up and sounding spot-on.
Our soundcheck only takes 10–15 minutes, and we keep things as low-key and unobtrusive as possible — no awkward noise or interruptions while your guests are arriving. We also bring a dedicated sound engineer, so everything runs smoothly and you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If your venue has specific access times or requirements, just let us know — we’re always happy to work around your schedule.
How long is the performance?
Our show is a high-energy two-hour live performance, split into two one-hour sets with a short break in between — just enough time to grab a drink and catch your breath before the dancefloor fills up again!
Once we’re set up and sound-checked, we’ve got you covered all night. Background music plays before, between and after our live sets, with someone always on hand at the sound desk to keep everything running smoothly.
If you’d like to keep the party going for longer, late finishes and extra sets are always available — just let us know!
Do you take requests?
Absolutely — we love requests!
Every couple gets one free song request, which can of course be your first dance. If there are more songs you’d love us to learn, we’re usually happy to do that too. Depending on how many and how complex they are, an additional fee may apply.
We put a lot of care into making sure every song we perform sounds amazing and fits seamlessly into our set, which sometimes means a little extra rehearsal time. That said — we love a challenge, so if there’s something special in mind, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
How do we book you?

Once you’ve decided you’d like to book us, just head to the Performance Agreement form via the link below and fill in your details. We’ll then confirm availability, send everything over for you to review, and once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in.
If you’ve got any questions at all while booking — or want to chat through ideas first — we’re always happy to help.
Are you insured and PAT tested?
Yes! We’re fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested. Your venue will be very happy with us.
What do you wear?
We dress to suit your day — from smart and elegant to more relaxed. If you have a dress code, just let us know.
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Absolutely — we’re always happy to chat by phone or video call to go through your plans and answer any questions.
What happens if a band member is ill?
We always plan for the unexpected and will ensure your wedding entertainment goes ahead as planned, even in the unlikely event of illness.
What about venue sound limiters?
No problem at all — we’re very used to working with venues that have sound limiters in place.
We always liaise with your venue in advance to understand their sound restrictions and set our equipment accordingly. Our experienced sound engineer is on hand throughout the night to make sure everything sounds great without triggering the limiter, so the music keeps flowing and the party never loses momentum.
